The Mostra Livre de Cinema is an international film festival held in several cities in the state of São Paulo. Over the years, the festival has established itself as a space for the appreciation and dissemination of audiovisual productions outside of traditional commercial circuits.
Furthermore, the Mostra Livre de Cinema contributes to diversity and the democratization of access to audiovisual production, being essential for the promotion and appreciation of independent cinema, offering visibility to productions that, otherwise, might go unnoticed. The project contributes to cultural diversity, the democratization of access to cinema in an accessible way and the strengthening of the community of independent filmmakers, becoming an essential event for the contemporary audiovisual scene.
